Vegan Butterscotch Ice Cream


2 cups coconut water

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 tbls coconut butter or almond butter

3 tbls mesquite powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla bean or extract

1/8 tsp himalayan salt



Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for at least one minute, or until smooth and creamy. Then place in ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions. Or add 1 1/2 cups of ice and make a deliciously creamy raw vegan milkshake! Then liberally add any favorite toppings. such as raw nuts, berries, or our famous salted chocolate sauce.
