Are the Catie’s Organic Greens gluten free?
Technically speaking, the grasses within the Catie’s Organic Greens are harvested prior to the point of them beginning to contain gluten and they are incredibly nourishing. However, if you have a severe gluten intolerance and/or have Celiacs, then we created Catie’s Organic Gluten Free Greens for you and there are guaranteed no glutenous ingredients in this product!
What is the difference between Catie’s Just Organic Greens and Catie’s Organic Greens?
Catie’s Organic Greens contain a lot of powerful green foods, and it also contains a lot of medicinal herbs and mushrooms that are not technically chlorophyll-rich green foods. Dr. Catie wanted to create another green product that had high concentrations of these green grasses and green superfoods, and Catie’s Just Organic Greens is actually meant to be used WITH the original Catie’s Organic Greens. The Catie’s Just Organic Greens could be considered super blast of green super foods and can be excellent for building the blood, heavy metal detoxification and chelation, cellular detox, a great source of pure plant protein, minerals and more.
Is every single ingredient organic in Catie’s products?
We derive our ingredients from all over the world so that we can source as many nutrients as possible. In some countries, organic certifications do not exist but they do not use pesticides. Our ingredients are pesticide free and the vast majority are certified organic but it is impossible to obtain this certification for all ingredients.
There are other vitamins in Catie’s Organic Greens and Catie’s Vitamin C. Do they come from whole plant foods?
Dr. Catie created these two products for her son who was born with severe vascular issues, Lyme disease and a rare blood disorder. She searched for answers day and night and derived valuable information from her mentors Linus Pauling (Nobel Prize Winner for his reserch in vitamin C) and his protege Dr. Matthias Rath (revolutionary cancer researcher) who has used these vitamins and nutrients such as L-Lysine and L-Arginine in the reversal of these diseases. Long story short, Dr. Catie was not able to find these certain nutrients in plants but thought it irresponsible to not put them in the formulation due to the benefits people were receiving. Mind you, these nutrients are in low concentrations in the product, but at the perfect amount to be viable in the body.
Can I give Catie’s products to my kids?
Yes! They will love them too! Start with a half scoop and work your way up. Dr. Catie created them for her infant son, after all!
Can I take Catie’s products if I am pregnant?
We say yes, of course, seeing as the ingredients are just plants and herbs found in nature. However, we must always ask you to ask your healthcare provider before taking any product or supplement.
Is there sugar in Catie’s products?
No never! Catie’s products contain a small amount of natural stevia leaf to sweeten.
There is only 150 mg of vitamin C in Catie’s Vitamin C. Isn’t that low?
No it is not! According to research, naturally occurring vitamin C is thousands of times more powerful than a synthetic! The reason for this is that vitamin C from plants is bioavailable to the human body, meaning that your body knows how to absorb every part of it! Unlike with ascorbic acid which is synthetic vitamin C, the body doesn’t know how to digest it and it can leave residue and waste in the body and liver.
