What are the Shipping charges for orders from the Online Store?
Free shipping on all domestic orders over $30 within the Continental US. All international orders will incur a flat shipping rate based on weight.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Store?
We currently accept the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of the order. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
What is your return policy?
Catie’s Whole Plant Foods™ (USA) believes in customer satisfaction. Customers can return orders within 30 days of the purchase date. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the Product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Catie’s Whole Plant Foods™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
