3 Tbsp. Pure water
1 Tbsp. Spicy ground mustard
1 heaping Tbsp. Nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. Organic apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Raw coconut aminos OR Bragg’s liquid amino acids
A dash of cayenne pepper and Himalayan salt to taste
