This smoothie is inspired by the best of the Fall season!
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut water
1-2 tablespoons of Pumpkin Seed nut butter or almond butter
Fresh ginger or ginger powder (to taste)
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of vanilla powder1/2 – 1 tsp. of Matcha powder
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 apple, diced
1/2 pear, diced
Optional: 1 Medjool date or 1 teaspoon of raw honey, for an added boost add 1 scoop of Caties Vitamin C powder
Methods/steps
1) Blend the pumpkin seed butter in a Vitamix or high-speed blender with the coconut water for a creamy “milk”.2) Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy.
