Berry Good Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl



  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax
  •  2 scoops Caties whole Food vitamin C plus powder


  • Pop all ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth. (You may need to add a little more almond milk if it is too thick.)
  • Pour into your coconut bowl, garnish
    with some crunchy stuff, scoop out and enjoy!
