Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax
- 2 scoops Caties whole Food vitamin C plus powder
Directions:
- Pop all ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth. (You may need to add a little more almond milk if it is too thick.)
- Pour into your coconut bowl, garnish
