3 ripe bananas
3 Tbsp coconut oil
5 Tbsp cacao powder(or use carob powder if you prefer)
2 Tbsp honey (or your preferred sweetener)
Cacao nibs for decoration (or chopped almonds/pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds or jungle peanuts)
Brochette sticks (small version)
In a bowl, add the powder and oil with the honey. Then place in a water bath to melt it all down. It doesn’t take long in the bain marie to melt down. Then pour over your bananas (already on the stick) over the chocolate mix bowl.Place the covered bananas on a tray and cover with the nibs or chopped nuts…. leave in the freezer to set the chocolate and freeze the banana.
