It is ALSO a great source of potassium, which helps muscle and nerve function, helps maintain the body’s proper electrolyte and acid-base balance, and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure.

Beats me….ok now for the recipe…as u can see we love watermelon…
watermelon, medium sized
juice or blend watermelon and cucumbers. you can also pour into ice trays freeze, then blend for more of a slushee texture
cut limes in half and squeeze juice from half a lime into each glass
mix and garnish with the lime rinds
keep cool with ice cubes
