Elliott Yamin’s Lemon Garlic Salmon



2 filets fresh wild salmon
1 lemon, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon
1 cup olive oil
6 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon sea salt


Combine olive oil, lemon juice, 3 gloves crushed garlic, salt, half the spices, mix well and add filets. Marinate for 15 minutes. Barbeque or fry in a stainless steel skillet with 2 tablespoons olive oil. During grilling, place sliced lemon over the filets and cook to perfection.
