Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes
2 Tbs. olive oil
sea salt
black pepper
Instructions:
Julienne potatoes. Toss with olive oil, sprinkle with crushed garlic and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally or until crispy and golden brown.
Makes 4 servings.
