Ingredients:

3 frozen bananas

2 cups of almond milk

1/3 cup young coconut meat

2 medjool dates

1 tbsp lucucma

1 tsp maca

1 tsp vanillla powder

1/2 cup coconut water

Throw all in this a high speed blender, add the amount of liquid you desire in terms of consistency, make it thick or light! Garnish with a sprig of spearmint and coconut flakes.
