Here are some really great tips on how to make sure you SMILE as much as possible!
1. First thing in the morning, smile! It’ll program your brain to set the mood for the day.
2. Have gratitude for everything great in your life, your family, your health, your work, etc.
3. Maintain that happy attitude no matter what may come your way, always stay cool and positive. If you feel a bug of negative thoughts creeping up, push it down with good ones.
4. Use that beautiful smile to brighten someone else’s day!
5. Practice random acts of kindness.
6. Don’t judge someone else’s path. There is an old adage that says “If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”
7. Try to see the GOOD in others, the more you do the more that GOOD will reflect itself back to you.
8. Take time for doing SELF CARE. Yoga, exercise, meditative practice, anything that will make you feel at ease.
