Use the following:
Small wedge of organic feta cheese (unpasteurized)
1 head favorite lettuce (red leaf, romaine, buttercress)
3 vine ripened tomatoes, cubed and chopped
1-2 cucumbers, peeled, sliced, chop into bite size pieces
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
Soak the cheese till the salt washes off. Take the lettuce throw them into a salad bowl. Add the rest of the veggies. Top with the feta. Drizzle the oil and apple cider to taste. Enjoy!
